Stephanie brings a diverse background in nonprofit work, recruiting, education, and ed tech to her role as a recruiter. Early in her career, she worked with organizations such as The American Heart Association, Randstad, and American Mensa. She then spent 14 years in education as a lead teacher, where she honed her mentorship, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Transitioning into ed tech, Stephanie began in sales and moved into leadership roles, including Regional Sales Director and Director of Business Development. She led high-performing teams and partnered cross-functionally to drive growth and performance. She is known for her empathetic leadership, consultative approach, and ability to build trust-based relationships.

Stephanie is excited to return to recruiting, where she combines her leadership experience and people-first mindset to thoughtfully match talent with opportunity. Her perspective is shaped by experiencing the hiring process from both candidate and leadership viewpoints.

Stephanie is based in Texas and enjoys life with her family and her dog, Riggs. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, strength training, traveling, and spending time with her adult daughters.
