Director of Professional Learning

Help improve K–8 classrooms by leading regional professional learning. We are seeking a Director of Professional Learning to lead a multi-level field team across Southern California to drive regional strategy and ensure high-fidelity implementation. In this role you will lead Senior Managers, Managers, and field consultants; set regional goals with national PL leadership; monitor capacity, budgets, and performance; and coach leaders through observations, evaluations, and data-informed decisions. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years managing multi-level teams in education, 2+ years coaching/delivering PL, and 2+ years teaching. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Southern California with 40-60% travel on average.
