Sam started his career as a business development rep for a tech startup, cutting his teeth on the phones. He quickly transitioned to a full-cycle sales role for an established cybersecurity product where he learned what it takes to be successful in sales. He found his passion in recruiting when he joined his family firm finding candidates for medical device sales. All of this – with a healthy dose of camp counseling experience to bring him closer to the mission of youth development – makes him an empathetic recruiter, being able to step into the shoes of both the candidate and client to find a perfect fit.
Sam has a natural ability to establish great relationships with everyone he meets. Hopping on a call with him quickly feels like talking with an old friend, which makes for engaging conversations and strong partnerships. Nothing gets Sam more excited than being able to tell a candidate “Yes” and bridge a gap towards an employment goal.
Sam’s based out of Colorado but is a Midwesterner at heart. He spends his free time checking off trails around the Front Range during summers and cruising through the trees on skis in winter. Catch him wherever he can find the Packer’s game broadcast on Sundays throughout the Fall.
