FieldPros offers clients two options of Executive Search: Retained and Engaged Search.

Retained Executive Search

Our Retained Executive Search is a comprehensive approach dedicated to identifying the ideal candidate for each specific project. Our in depth market knowledge and highly detailed search process ensures that we only introduce the most qualified candidates to our clients.  

To make the best connection, we employ a thorough selection process that draws from our vast experience in the industry. Recruited candidates are screened with extensive diligence and managed by our team throughout the selection, interview and hiring process. Candidates sourced for a Retained Executive Search are exclusively presented to the client until the position is filled.

Our contingency experience supports this approach by providing key insight into each organization and a broader knowledge base of the diverse and dynamic Ed-Tech industry. Engaged Executive Search

In an Engaged Executive Search, candidates are presented exclusively to our clients for a 30-day period. This model incorporates an intensive approach to finding the best fit while catering to clients with a more defined time frame and budget for hiring. In both of our Executive Search models, clients agree to work exclusively with FieldPros for the duration of the project.
