Retained Executive Search

Our Retained Executive Search is a comprehensive approach dedicated to identifying the ideal candidate for each specific project. Our in depth market knowledge and highly detailed search process ensures that we only introduce the most qualified candidates to our clients.  

To make the best connection, we employ a thorough selection process that draws from our vast experience in the industry. Recruited candidates are screened with extensive diligence and managed by our team throughout the selection, interview and hiring process. Candidates sourced for a Retained Executive Search are exclusively presented to the client until the position is filled.

Engaged Executive Search

In an Engaged Executive Search, candidates are presented exclusively to our clients for a 30-day period. This model incorporates an intensive approach to finding the best fit while catering to clients with a more defined time frame and budget for hiring. In both of our Executive Search models, clients agree to work exclusively with FieldPros for the duration of the project.

Sales Director
The (Sales Director) will start in a player/coach capacity and will be asked to create and execute on a plan to develop new business in the Education market. Candidates should have an excellent track record of selling a SaaS based solution at the district and state education levels. Ideal candidates will have successfully grown and managed a small team to exceed revenue goals while working collaboratively with various company stakeholders.
