Spencer Sharp has joined FieldPros as a Talent Specialist focused on sourcing high-quality candidates in the K-12 Edtech space.

With a teaching background and a deep knowledge base in STEM, Spencer carries his education expertise with him into every search. Before joining FieldPros in 2022, he founded and operated Sharp the Builder, a STEM company for schools across the United States. He also worked as a Customer Success Specialist for a STEM company where he helped implement STEM in hundreds of schools. Here he fully immersed himself in sales, marketing, and customer relationships.

Spencer leverages his inherent knowledge of the Edtech space to help companies of all sizes attract and retain high-caliber professionals. He values the pursuit of helping our education system provide solutions that further student success. He enjoys working with great companies in the Edtech space that value those same principles.

Spencer lives in Indiana and loves to hang out with his beautiful family, watch football, golf, or cook on his smoker.
