As a fourth grade teacher at Western Hills Elementary just west of Denver, FieldPros Founder John Meyer had the opportunity to experience first hand the power innovative educational tools and technologies had in helping his students thrive. Years later he would expand on his knowledge as a sales rep for an education technology company. Combining that experience and passion with a background as a recruiter, he founded FieldPros.

Since its inception, FieldPros has grown into one of the education technology industry’s most regarded recruiting firms. Our passion for the innovative ways our clients are improving and enhancing education drives our work to find and place top tier talent.

A Collaborative Approach

Each member of our team represent both clients and candidates. Once we engage in a search, it is the account manager that both manages the relationship and recruits candidates.  This ensures our clients have the strongest representation of the opportunity possible.  By cultivating relationships with clients and actively recruiting candidates, we work cooperatively with our entire team to fill positions. This collaborative environment enables us to build on each other’s expertise and provide our clients with quality candidates quickly.
