Years later he would expand on his knowledge as a sales rep for an education technology company. Combining that experience and passion with a background as a recruiter, he founded FieldPros.

Each member of our team represent both clients and candidates. Once we engage in a search, it is the account manager that both manages the relationship and recruits candidates. The (Sales Director) will start in a player/coach capacity and will be asked to create and execute on a plan to develop new business in the Education market. Candidates should have an excellent track record of selling a SaaS based solution at the district and state education levels. Ideal candidates will have successfully grown and managed a small team to exceed revenue goals while working collaboratively with various company stakeholders. Experience with CTE and/or College Planning, Readiness, and Admissions solutions is a plus.
Prior K-12 sales leadership experience is a requirement. K-12 content company seeking strategic sales leader.

Represent a growing Higher Ed SaaS HCM platform in the Central/Western US. Will require a strong track record in enterprise EDU SaaS sales with a heavy preference for previous experience selling HCM solutions into the industry.
