Global market leader in Media & Publishing seeking a new Director of Client Services based in Boston, MA (NYC also an option). The Director will manage all aspects of the post sale customer experience along with 4 direct reports. Primary responsibilities are managing client retention and customer centricity as well as account expansion on a global level. Qualified candidates must have proven experience leading teams focused on post sales client services and support. Preferred exp working with Ed Tech products, specifically Learning Management Systems and mobile applications. Experience working with Higher Ed or K-12 is NOT required but preferred. Must have experience managing and forecasting a cost center. Up to 30% travel expected - possibility for global travel too!
